Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Noble Travel Times services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to availability. Final payment is due 60 days before departure. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure: 10% penalty. 89-60 days: 25% penalty. 59-30 days: 50% penalty. Less than 30 days: 100% penalty.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Noble Travel Times is not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Liability

Noble Travel Times acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, political situations, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported immediately during travel to allow us to address issues promptly. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of return.
